About Me

I create wellness-focused recipes, food photography, and educational content for brands, publishers, wellness companies, and health professionals who want to make healthy living feel approachable, beautiful, and grounded in real food.

With a background that bridges sustainable agriculture, nutrition education, culinary development, and visual storytelling, I bring both creative vision and deep industry experience to every project.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked across the health and wellness space developing recipes, producing visual content, managing creative projects, and helping brands communicate complex nutrition concepts in a way that feels inspiring and accessible.

My work is rooted in anti-inflammatory, whole-food cooking and informed by years of experience in functional nutrition, organic agriculture, and dietary-specific recipe development.

My Background

Before moving fully into recipe development and creative work, I spent years working in organic agriculture, culinary education, and farm-to-table food systems. I managed organic farms and gardens, developed CSA recipes, coordinated garden-to-table programs, and worked extensively in sustainable food production.

That foundation continues to shape the way I approach food today-with an emphasis on nourishment, seasonality, sustainability, and creating recipes that support both health and enjoyment.

Whether I’m developing recipes for a wellness brand, producing photography for a cookbook, or creating educational wellness content, my goal is always the same: to create work that feels thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely useful to people.
