Hi! I’m Andrea Livingston, Healthy Food Content Creator & Holistic Recipe Developer

I create nutrition and culinary content for functional medicine doctors, wellness practitioners, natural food brands, food bloggers, fitness studios, and more. As a food photographer and wellness content creator, I tailor each recipe and photo to your brand and liking.

I collaborate behind the scenes with practitioners on brand content, such as blogs, social media, and cookbooks.   After twenty years of experience—in the field growing food and through my work in the kitchen as a culinary-trained Holistic ChefI make all kinds of healthy delicious.

My most recent projects include creating wellness recipes and taking photos for high profile food bloggers, the Functional Nutrition Alliance, Dr. Tony Youn MD, Dr. Josh Redd, and over 100 recipes and photos for an online gut health course offered by Dr. Datis Kharrazian.  

Almost everyday someone asks me, “What should I eat?” There are so many diets, and healthy looks unique for each person. My mission is to connect people with the food that nourishes them specifically. One of the reasons I love getting creative in the kitchen and making delicious recipes with nutritious foods is to inspire us to feel that connection.
